The Journal Is Here
I’ve wanted to do more than write for a while now.
I hate traditional journaling — staring at a blank page or a one-sentence prompt I could answer in one sentence. I either froze or spiraled, ranting about my circumstances with no direction back to autonomy, agency, or what I could actually control.
I wanted to give others something to genuinely reflect on. Not ruminate — reflect. And move forward.
What helps me is being asked good questions. Ones that slow me down, go back a few steps, and process what’s underneath the emotions and the actions. Not just what I’m feeling or the choice I made — but what it meant to make it, what happened to get here, and what I actually want.
So I created a different kind of journal.
The Held Edge Journal is built around the Held, Becoming, and Ascent framework — three stages that meet you wherever you are. Start with 21 free prompts, 7 from each stage. If you want to go deeper, full access is available for $12.
Soft enough to hold you. Sharp enough to change you. That’s what the right questions do.
